Entry Terms and Conditions
- All products and projects must have been completed between 1 July 2008 and 30 June 2011.
- The same piece of work can be submitted into more than one award provided it refers to the specific criteria and the supporting material is relevant to the category.
- The entry fee of £80 is payable for each category you enter.
- By supplying images you grant permission for any reproduction on the Building Better Healthcare Awards website and in any BBH marketing collateral, both for the awards and other BBH events.
- Entries must be available for viewing on site (projects), by interview (people) or by presentation (products) if required.
- The judging panel reserves the right to visit a project or request additional information before deciding on winners.
- The organisers reserve the right to reject an entry, if in their opinion; it fails to comply with the rules and conditions.
- We regret that no fees are refundable - including incorrect or withdrawn entries. Table and seat bookings are non-refundable.
- No announcement of award winners will be made before the awards ceremony on 10th November, 2011.
- The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The judging panel reserves the right to consult an independent expert if it needs to when deciding on winners.
- No submitted entry material can be returned, including images, floor plans, etc.
- There is a penalty for late entry. If an entry is received after the official closing date without prior approval, the organisers reserve the right to charge an additional £30.00 +vat per late entry.
- The organisers accept no responsibility for lost or damaged entries.
- The organisers cannot guarantee that a winner will be awarded for every category. It will be at the discretion of the judging panel and dependent on the quality of submission.
- Building Better Healthcare has taken steps to protect its copyright and intellectual property asset. Any unauthorised copying, duplication, sharing, publication or distribution of material supplied under this licence, is strictly prohibited.
